When placing an order, the customer acknowledges that he/she has read the specific terms and conditions of sale displayed on the screen (description, price, constituent parts, weight, quantity, colour, specificities of the products, cost of services provided, etc.) and declares expressly to accept them fully. The placing and confirmation of the order by the customer confirms his/her full acceptance of the specific terms and conditions of sale, the only conditions applicable to the order.

The customer makes his/her order by clicking on the “Add to Basket” button. An order summary is displayed including all the e lements in the order that the customer confirms by clicking on the “Accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale and proceed to payment” button in the menu bar.
The BLUFIELDS™ automatic registration systems are considered proof of the nature, content and date of the order.

BLUFIELDS™ confirms acceptance of the customer’s order with one of the following methods of the customer’s choice: email, fax or letter.
The sale will only be validated upon confirmation of the order by BLUFIELDS™.
BLUFIELDS™ reserves the right not to confirm an order for whatever reason, in particular to do with the supply of products, a problem with the order received (e.g. illegible document), an unusual order or a problem envisaged regarding delivery. BLUFIELDS™ shall inform the customer by any appropriate means.
Any new order will only be possible after normal payment by the customer of the amount owing for previous orders. The same shall apply to the transfer of ownership of the goods that will only be complete upon receipt by BLUFIELDS™ of the amount owed by the customer.

The delivery address for the goods is chosen by the customer when making the order. BLUFIELDS™ reserves the right to use any logistical service provider of its choosing to deliver the products to the address supplied by the client.

Deliveries are made within a maximum of seven working days. If an article is not in stock when the order is placed, the customer shal l be informed as quickly as possible. The date of next availability or a replacement product will be proposed at the same time.

To Belgium
There is a 6 € delivery charge (including VAT) for orders under 60 € (including VAT but excluding delivery charges). Delivery is free for orders of 60 € or over (including VAT but excluding delivery charges).
For France, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom
Delivery charges depend on the country concerned up to a maximum of 12 € (including VAT) for orders under 60 € (including VAT but excluding delivery charges). Delivery is free for orders of 60 € and above (including VAT but excluding delivery charges).
By placing the order, the customer undertakes to sign the delivery note presented by the delivery person, on which he/she may make any comment he/she feels necessary. By signing the delivery note, the customer acknowledges receipt of the number of parcels stated on the delivery note. A customer noticing damaged or missing products should file a claim with the Customer Relations Department by email or letter to BLUFIELDS™, Rue du Ruisseau 19, B-5081 Bovesse within a maximum of three days.
Any events, such as force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or transport stoppages, which may delay, prevent or make the cost of supplying the goods exorbitant, constitute, by specific agreement, a reason to suspend or cancel the obligations of BLUFIELDS™, without compensation being payable to the customer if the event lasts longer than 15 days. In this case, the customer shall be fully and automatically disengaged of his/her obligations in relation to his/her order.
BLUFIELDS™ will inform the customer by any appropriate means and on the same day of the existence of such an event, in order to enable the customer to disengage freely from his/her order(s) by means of a simple reply by letter or email following receipt of this information. When delivery of the goods to the customer is not possible due to the customer, BLUFIELDS™ reserves the right to invoice the customer for a fixed sum of €15 including VAT to cover handling costs.

Deliveries are made by Bpost, DPD or UPS as appropriate.

You have fourteen days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day you or a third party other than the carrier, and indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your rights, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clearly worded statement (e.g. letter sent by post to the following address:

The period for withdrawal shall be deemed to have been observed if you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT. The price invoiced to the customer is the price stated on the order confirmation sent by BLUFIELDS™.

Payment for products and services shall be made by credit card, in a secure environment on the server of our provider. BLUFIELDS™ retains ownership of the product(s) until the customer has paid for the product(s) and services in full.

The product(s) ordered will be delivered upon receipt of your payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa), BCMC and bank transfer.

There may be slight differences between the photographs and the products and these do not relate to the essential characteristics of the product.
